鱼香茄子米粉
鱼香茄子米粉
炎炎夏日,来一盘鱼香茄子米粉吧!茄子软得能化在口里,有点微辣,再加上toin toin 的米粉,很开胃哦!
做法:
热锅,下蒜米一点姜茸爆香。
下鸡肉(事先用酱油及麻油腌过)及辣豆瓣酱
然后放入切块的茄子,用快火炒
加入鸡汤后关小火,煮至茄子变软
放江门排粉,直到米粉吸干水分后关火上碟
