用花生酱做好吃的卤肉饭^____^

今天兴致勃勃地想为弟弟做一道好吃的卤肉饭。哈哈。材料很简单,猪绞肉、酱油、黑酱油、胡椒粉、香菇粒、油葱酥及花生酱!!不盖你,卤出来的卤肉真的超好吃,会让你扒多几碗饭哦!今天就来一碗简单又好吃的卤肉饭吧~哈哈

卤得很入味的卤肉加上一碗白饭和卤蛋就是丰富的一餐哦~满足ING

 隔夜的卤肉更入味!哈哈

做法:
1。绞肉用黑酱油和胡椒粉腌2小时
2。热油,爆香蒜头葱头碎,然后加入葱头酥拌炒,熄火
3。把绞肉放入锅里,加水,再加入一大匙花生酱煮至入味即可

  2. not kidding nt kidding..haha..erm..I think is for the fragrant..I din bluff you just 1spoon of peanut butter the smell is totally different..
